📦 Returns & Right of Withdrawal
⚠️ IMPORTANT: WE DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS, RETURN SHIPPING COSTS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.
Your return will only be accepted if the following conditions are met:

The product must be returned complete with all components and original packaging, in the same condition in which it was received.

The item must be handled with care. We do not accept returns for items damaged due to negligence.

For hygienic products, the item must be thoroughly cleaned before return.

Any defects must be reported immediately upon delivery.

Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer.
Returns are processed within 7 business days. If the return meets all conditions above, you will receive official confirmation within that period.
We reserve the right to refuse any return if the product is used, damaged, or does not meet the stated conditions.
How can I make a return?
If your order qualifies, follow these steps to start the return process:

❗ Do not return the package to the sender’s address on the original label. We will provide the correct warehouse address once your request has been received.

Private consumers (individuals purchasing for personal, non-professional use) have the right to withdraw within the legally defined period.
A. Refund Conditions

You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving the item (by you or an authorized third party other than the courier).

As our system is fully automated, orders are processed immediately after confirmation. Orders cannot be canceled once placed. Refunds are only possible after the returned product is received.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly communicate your intention in writing (e.g., by email to Evelyn’s Light). The withdrawal is only valid once the returned item(s) have been physically received.

Orders in transit
Our products are shipped internationally, so delivery times may be longer and are not always under our control.
If your order is already in transit, it cannot be canceled. Please wait for delivery and then proceed with the return.
For faster processing, please send us proof of shipment when you return the package.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received, excluding initial shipping fees (and any additional costs for delivery methods other than our standard option).
Refunds will be issued without undue delay, no later than 14 days after we receive both your withdrawal request and the returned item.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise. No refund fees will be applied.
