Shipping & Delivery

Below are our average delivery timelines for all orders:

Order processing:

  • Once your order is placed, we take 1 to 3 business days to prepare it.

  • During weekdays, processing usually takes 1 business day.

  • Orders placed on Friday evening or over the weekend may take a little longer.

Transit times:

  • After processing, your order ships. Delivery typically takes 7 to 14 business days.

We do our best to keep everything simple and smooth. If you have any questions, contact our Customer Support team.

Important Notice

To keep fulfillment fast and efficient, we offer a 15-minute cancellation window after purchase.
After this window, your order is already moving through our warehouse, even if a tracking number is not active yet.

Because of this, orders cannot be canceled or refunded after 15 minutes.
You can still receive your package and, if needed, use our return and refund process.

How to Place an Order

Ordering from Evelyn’s Light is easy:

  1. Go to the product page and click the black “Add to Cart” button.

  2. Carefully select the correct options, such as size, color, or model.

  3. Click “Checkout.”

  4. Enter your contact and shipping details on the Information page and click “Continue to Shipping.”

  5. Confirm your address on the Shipping page.

    • Shipping is always free, with no minimum purchase.

  6. Click “Continue to Payment.”

  7. Choose your secure payment method (all protected with SSL encryption):

    • Klarna (Pay Later, where available)

    • Credit Card (AMEX, Mastercard, Visa, Maestro)

    • PayPal

    • Bank transfer or local methods (where available)

  8. Click “Complete Order.” You will be redirected to our secure payment page.

  9. Follow the instructions to finalize your transaction.
